A novel liquid formulated using patented organocatalyst's, non-ionic surfactants, and fulvic acid. It initiates a catalytic breakdown of the bio-films/slime (polysaccharide links), in irrigation systems, and lowers the surface tension of water to allow easy penetration “hard to wet soils” both horizontally and vertically while assisting to flush excess salts from the root zone.
