Crop Use & Disease Control
- Registered for use on orchards (e.g. grapes, pome & stone fruit), ornamentals (roses, pelargoniums), turf, and certain vegetable/seed crops
- Primarily used for control of Botrytis (“gray mold”), seed-borne Alternaria in ornamentals, and black scurf in potatoes; effective as both preventative and curative treatment in early disease stages
Application Limits: Scheduling & Resistance Management
- Classified as FRAC Group 2; equivalent to dicarboximide fungicides such as iprodione and vinclozolin
- Label typically allows up to 4 applications per season, but best practice recommends using only one application of Rovral per season, then rotating with alternative fungicides to prevent resistance development
Mixing & Application Guidelines
- MMaintain spray solution pH between 5.0 and 7.0, adding a registered buffering agent if needed; avoid high‑pH water to prevent instability or precipitationU
- FFor tree and vine crops, dilute spraying is recommended at point-of-runoff volumes; for concentrate spraying, adjust rate based on volume ratio methods provided on label
