An adjuvant is any material that when added to a spray solution enhances or modifies the action of a pesticide. Adjuvants can work at different levels in the application of Agricultural chemicals. They can modify how chemical components of products interact in the spray tank, modify how a product interacts with the target surface, or modify how a product moves into the target pest or site.
