Eco-nemguardĀ® G is an organic, contact nematicide in a granular formulation, specifically developed to suppress free-living endoparasitic and ectoparasitic nematodes such as Trichodorus spp., Longidorus spp., Pratylenchus spp., Meloidogyne spp., Tylenchus spp., Xiphinema spp., Heterodera spp., and Globodera spp. It is registered for use in organic farming systems for the protection of vegetable crops and amenity turf.
Derived from garlic-based polysulfides, eco-nemguardĀ® G offers a novel mode of action, making it a valuable tool in resistance management programs. It is a fast-acting contact product with no negative impact on crop roots, and an excellent fit alongside pre-plant nematicides as a top-up treatment in long-cycle crops under high pest pressure.
The granular format allows for easy, uniform application, with no withholding period (WHP), no re-entry restrictions, and no measurable residue (MRL) concerns. It degrades naturally in the soil, ensuring minimal disruption to beneficial soil biology.
Also available in liquid form, eco-nemguardĀ® provides a versatile, safe alternative to conventional nematicides, and is ideal for use throughout the crop cycle, particularly in sensitive areas where health, safety, or environmental risks are a concern.
