Amdro Ant Bait
Description
AMDRO® Granular Ant Bait is a highly effective, slow-acting insecticide specifically formulated to control destructive ant species, including the Singapore ant (Monomorium destructor), Coastal Brown ant (Pheidole megacephala), Tropical Fire ant or Ginger ant (Solenopsis geminata), Red Imported Fire ant (Solenopsis invicta), and Greenhead ant (Rhytidoponera spp.).
Worker ants are attracted to the bait matrix, which is selectively palatable to the target species. The bait is carried back to the nest and shared with the queen and other colony members. Within 1 to 4 weeks, AMDRO® eliminates the queen and disrupts colony function, resulting in complete colony collapse and a visible reduction in ant activity.
AMDRO® is suitable for use in gardens, lawns, parks, golf courses, sports grounds, driveways, paths, patios, and other non-crop areas. Its targeted action ensures effective control while minimising impact on non-target organisms.
